Great post. I always believed Yoga and its potential. Yoga itself is an art. Stress releasing has a lot to do releasing mental tension and Yoga concentrates not just on body but also the mind and soul inside the body.
Good how you mentioned Karate. I was just talking to my Uncle about how he meditates and that martial arts are a way of meditating too in a way, just like even how munks do it only much more nirvanic.

Yeah, how happy one feels after exercising is simply great. Walking I would say is very good to start with for newbies and swimming as well.
It is important to maintain a health, focused and motivated life if you want to succeed and meet your desired goals.
I agree with yoga being a great way to take away the stress of a long, hard day.
Kind of like getting a massage, sports and other activities can also remove your “tension”.
I prefer boxing, as there really is nothing like beating someone up…
of course you can also get beaten up…
